What kind of brand is Be Juliet?
Be Juliet is a contemporary women's fashion and swimwear brand with a Parisian-meets-LA aesthetic. We design and curate styles for women who want to look and feel good without overthinking it — think resort wear, swimwear, dresses, co-ord sets, and seasonal pieces that travel well and photograph even better.
Where is Be Juliet based?
Be Juliet is based in California, USA. Our flagship swimwear — including the Harriet Patchwork Bikini — is ethically made in India. Our other styles ship from US-based fulfillment centers or directly from our supplier partners.
What sizes does Be Juliet carry?
Most styles are available in S through XL, with select pieces running through 2XL or 3XL. Size charts with body measurements in inches are included on every product page. When in doubt, size up — our team is always happy to help at support@bejuliet.com.
Does Be Juliet have good reviews?

What is the Harriet bikini?
The Harriet Patchwork Bikini is Be Juliet's hero style — a colorblock glitter bikini set featuring a crop bandeau top and high-waist bottom in our signature patchwork color story. It's ethically made in India, ships from the USA, and is available in S through XL with mix-and-match sizing so you can order different sizes for the top and bottom.
How do I find my size at Be Juliet?
Every product page includes a sizing table with body measurements in inches. For swimwear, we recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing against the chart. If you're between sizes, size up. For the Harriet top specifically, C cup and above should size up for better coverage.
Is Be Juliet a sustainable brand?
We're committed to responsible production. Our flagship Harriet bikini is ethically made in India by a small manufacturing partner we work with directly. We produce in limited runs to reduce overstock, and we're continuously improving our production process and quality standards.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Typically, orders arrive in 6–14 days depending on your location. Please note our warehouses don't ship on weekends, so orders placed Friday night or over the weekend will start processing on Monday. During busy seasons or holidays, deliveries may take a bit longer.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $60 (no code needed). Orders under $60 ship for a flat rate of $5.99. International rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship almost everywhere. We currently don't ship to certain countries due to carrier restrictions — including India, Russia, Italy, and parts of Africa and South America. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Can you ship to a PO Box or military address?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses within the USA.
Can I get my order faster?
Expedited shipping may be available for select items at checkout. If you're in a rush, email us at support@bejuliet.com and we'll let you know what options are available.
Why is my order delayed?
Delays can happen during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier disruptions. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us at support@bejuliet.com and we'll look into it right away.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking info. Didn't get an email? Check your promotions or spam folder. If you checked out using your phone number, check your SMS messages. Still need help? Email us at support@bejuliet.com.
Why was my order canceled or refunded?
Your order might be automatically canceled if payment didn't go through, the system flagged it as potentially fraudulent, or the item sold out before it shipped. If this happens, we'll email you with details and refund you right away.
Why is my order still processing?
Processing takes up to 3 business days to pass quality checks before shipping. If it's been longer, email us at support@bejuliet.com and we'll look into it.
Can I change my shipping address or size after ordering?
If we haven't shipped it yet, email us ASAP at support@bejuliet.com and we'll do our best to help. Once it's shipped, we can't change the address or size — but you can always return it when it arrives.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes! As long as your item is unworn, unwashed, and returned within 30 days with tags and hygiene liners intact, you're good to go. Head to our Returns Center to start the process — you'll get a prepaid label from us.
What's your return policy for swimwear?
Try on over undies only please. To be eligible for a return or exchange: keep all tags and hygiene liners intact, don't wash or wear the item out, and start your return within 30 days. Returns that don't meet these standards may not be accepted.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, the fastest way to get it resolved is by filing a claim through our returns portal using Re:do. Once your claim is submitted with a photo of the damage, our team will review it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes, we offer optional package protection through Re:do at checkout. This add-on protects your order against damage during transit, lost packages, and theft. It's a low-cost add-on that appears at checkout.
What if I didn't purchase Re:do?
No worries — reach out to us at support@bejuliet.com and we'll do our best to help. Re:do helps us resolve issues faster, which is why we recommend adding it at checkout.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Venmo.
Can I stack discount codes?
Only one discount code can be used per order. Sitewide sales and automatic discounts generally cannot be combined with additional promo codes.
How do I use my gift card or store credit?
Enter your gift card or store credit code at checkout in the Discount or Gift Card box. It'll automatically apply to your order total.
Do gift cards or store credit expire?
No — use them whenever you're ready. They never expire.
I didn't get a confirmation email — what now?
You might have checked out using just your phone number. Reach out to us with your name, address, and order number, and we'll update your info and send the email over.
