How long does shipping take?

Typically, orders arrive in 6–14 days depending on your location. Please note our warehouses don’t ship on weekends, so orders placed Friday night or over the weekend will start processing on Monday. During busy seasons or holidays, deliveries may take a bit longer.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $60 (no code needed). Orders under $60 ship for a flat rate of $5.99. International rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

 

Why is my order delayed?

Some recent events are causing delays:

  • Lunar New Year (Jan 22–Feb 8, 2025): Many of our suppliers take time off to celebrate.

  • USPS changes: Mail processing changes and weather disruptions (storms, wildfires, etc.) may affect delivery times.

  • Canadian postal strike: Orders shipping to Canada may experience extended delays due to an ongoing postal strike.

  • USPS performance goals have been reduced this year, so even standard mail may arrive a bit later than usual.

We totally get how frustrating delays can be — thanks for hanging in there with us!

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info. Didn’t get an email? Check your promotions or spam folder. If you checked out using your phone number, check your SMS messages. Still need help? Email us at support@bejuliet.com.

 

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes! As long as your item is unworn, unwashed, and returned within 30 days with tags/hygiene liners intact, you’re good to go. Head to our Returns Center to start the process — you’ll get a prepaid label from us.

 

What’s your return policy for swimwear?

Try on over undies only please 💛 To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Keep all tags and hygiene liners intact

  • Don’t wash or wear the item out

  • Start your return within 30 days

Returns that don’t meet these standards may not be accepted. Thanks for helping us keep it clean!

 

Can I change my shipping address or size after ordering?

If we haven’t shipped it yet, email us ASAP at support@bejuliet.com and we’ll do our best to help. Once it’s shipped, we can’t change the address or size — but you can always return it when it arrives.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship almost everywhere! Unfortunately, we currently don’t ship to countries like India, Russia, Italy, and parts of Africa and South America due to shipping restrictions. Check our full list of restricted countries below:

Can you ship to a PO Box or military address?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses within the USA.

 

Why was my order canceled or refunded?

Your order might be automatically canceled if:

  • Payment didn’t go through in time

  • The system flagged it as potentially fraudulent

  • The item sold out before it shipped

If this happens, we’ll email you with details and refund you right away.

 

Why is my order still processing?

Processing takes up to 3 business days to pass quality checks before shipping. If it’s been longer, email us at support@bejuliet.com and we’ll look into it.

 

I didn’t get a confirmation email — what now?

You might’ve checked out using just your phone number. Reach out to us with your name, address, and order number, and we’ll update your info and send the email over.

 

Can I stack discount codes?

Only one discount code can be used per order. Sitewide sales and automatic discounts generally cannot be combined with additional promo codes — but we promise it’s still a great deal 😉

 

How do I use my gift card or store credit?

Just enter your gift card or store credit code at checkout in the “Discount or Gift Card” box. It’ll automatically apply to your order total.

 

Can I get my order faster?

Expedited shipping may be available for select items at checkout. If you’re in a rush, email us and we’ll let you know what options are available.
