Return & Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in new, unworn condition, with original tags attached

  • Items must be free of stains, perfume, deodorant, or pet hair

  • Final Sale items or anything discounted 25% or more are not returnable

  • Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange

How to Start a Return

All returns must be initiated through our Returns Center – returns sent outside of the portal (including manually created shipping labels) will not be accepted or refunded.

  • If you selected the $1.98 Return Protection at checkout, your return shipping is free (store credit or exchange only).

  • If you did not select Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of the return label.

Once you’ve initiated your return in the portal, a prepaid return label will be generated for you.

You will have 30 days from return initiation to ship your item. After that, the return request will expire and a refund will not be issued.

International Returns

Please email us at support@bejuliet.com to request a return authorization.

🌎 Canada: If you’re located in Canada and selected Re:do return coverage at checkout, your return shipping will be free through our partnership with Canada Post. You’ll receive instructions and a prepaid return label via email.

🌍 All Other Countries: Customers outside of Canada are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping to ensure your return reaches us safely.

All international returns are eligible for store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been longer than 15 business days, please contact us at support@bejuliet.com.

EU Customers

If you reside in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the “cooling-off” period. Items must be unused, with tags and packaging intact.
