Return & Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in new, unworn condition, with original tags attached

  • Items must be free of stains, perfume, deodorant, or pet hair

  • Final Sale items or anything discounted 25% or more are not returnable

  • Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange


How to Start a Return

All returns must be initiated through our Returns Center – returns sent outside of the portal (including manually created shipping labels) will not be accepted or refunded.

  • If you selected the $1.98 Return Protection at checkout, your return shipping is free (store credit or exchange only).

  • If you did not select Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of the return label.

Once you’ve initiated your return in the portal, a prepaid return label will be generated for you.

You will have 30 days from return initiation to ship your item. After that, the return request will expire and a refund will not be issued.

International Returns

Please email us at support@bejuliet.com to request a return authorization. All international customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been longer than 15 business days, please contact us at support@bejuliet.com.


EU Customers

If you reside in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the “cooling-off” period. Items must be unused, with tags and packaging intact.
