Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure a smooth delivery, make sure your address is correctly entered during checkout. We're not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

We also ship to PO Boxes, and international deliveries won't incur additional duties or taxes.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Enjoy free shipping with no minimums to various countries, including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Israel, and more. For order issues, reach out to support@bejuliet.com. 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, Monday - Friday, with a 2 pm PT cutoff time each day. Delivery within the US takes an additional 3 to 10 business days. Please note that estimated delivery dates are just that – estimates.

SHIPPING RATES + TIMELINES

Our standard shipping is a gift to you - free for all orders and no minimum. You can anticipate arrival within an estimated delivery time of 6-14 days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

For US and international orders, we choose carriers as gracefully as a ballerina! Your final shipping cost and taxes are displayed at checkout, with no additional fees post-purchase.

Enjoy free standard and tracked shipping in 6-14 days, regardless of the order amount.

Returns: If you are located outside of the USA, please contact support@bejuliet.com for your return authorization number. Please note that all international customers are responsible for shipping charges including duties and taxes. When returning items back to Be Juliet, we recommend adding insurance with tracking to ensure your package arrives at our facility.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If your package hasn't arrived or the tracking shows a delivery you didn't receive, contact us within 10 days. Unfortunately, we don't issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If an item is out of stock in your order, we'll ship the available items and refund the rest promptly.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we aim to accommodate your preferences, we reserve the right to request a common address. We may also refuse or cancel orders due to unusual returns history, potential fraud, or other actions that disrupt the harmony of our ballet.

For assistance, our expanded support team is ready to help at support@bejuliet.com. We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. (If your country is not listed, we do not support shipping to it) 

CANCELLATIONS

Once orders are received, we can't modify them. Orders in transit cannot be canceled, but returns or exchanges are welcome within our 30-day return policy.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you experience non-delivery or tracking issues, contact us within 10 days to file a claim. Claims may take up to 30 days to process. We are not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are advance purchases shipped approximately 2-3 weeks post-purchase. We'll do our best to keep you updated on any changes.
